We welcome applications from hat brands and manufacturers, embroidery businesses, apparel printing shops, promotional merchandise businesses, custom hat retailers, and corporate branding partners. Applications are reviewed individually. Applying does not guarantee approval or immediate production access. SnapInk sleeves are designed for standard plastic 7-peg snapback closures.

  • One blank sleeve in each size, 0–5
  • Choose Standard or Billboard style for all six
  • Wholesale minimum order quantity of 50 sleeves
  • Mixed sizes are allowed within an order
  • Custom branding and production services are available separately
After approval, partners receive the blank set for fit testing, material evaluation, and product demonstrations. Sizes 0–5 correspond to the number of exposed pegs on a standard plastic 7-peg snapback closure.
